ANTHONY Mark Clapham, 27, of Beckett Gardens, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely an Audi, in excess of a 30mph speed limit on July 13, 2017. Fined £315 and ordered to pay £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. 


MARY Ann Nolan, 30, of Sandy Lane, Pamper Heath. Guilty verdict provided in her absence to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Focus, while carrying in the rear of the vehicle a child of or over the age of three-years-old but under the age of 14 who was not wearing a seat belt on July 13, 2017. Fined £200. 


VOLODIMIR Bihun, 20, of Driftway Road, Hook. Pleaded guilty to appearing drunk and disorderly in a public place on February 5, 2018. Fined £45 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs. Also pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage to a police van on the same date. Ordered to pay £150 compensation. 


BROOKE Marion Clark, 26, of Penny Black Lane, Houndmills. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on February 2, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £30 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and two months. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £40. 


LEE Godden, 41, of Martin Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to appearing drunk and disorderly in a public place on February 3, 2018. Fined £125 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 


HENRY James, 31, of Little Aldershot Lane, Baughurst. Admitted to breaching the conditions of a supervisory order on July 21, 2017. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing Jack Daniels from Sainsbury’s in Tadley to the value of £25 each. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation. 


WAYNE Richard Stevens, 33, of Ruskin Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Polo, while under the influence of alcohol on February 2, 2018. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year. 


JAIMIE David Marks, 33, of London Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to appearing drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Basingstoke town centre, on February 5, 2018. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £30 costs. 


REBEKAH Rose Mary Gillespie, of South Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to stealing items to the value of £66.90 from the One Stop on December 26, 2017. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. 


MALCOLM Andrew Bryant, 58, of Princes Crescent, South Ham. Found guilty of using abusive of insulting words which were racially aggravated towards another person on July 28, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £75 in compensation and £300 costs. 


DAVID Hall, 35, of Woburn Gardens, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on December 10, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.


MARK Andrew Ayland, 38, of Mary Rose Court, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of a non-molestation order on February 21, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. 


PAULO Jorge Rodrigues Gomes, 48, of Hazeley Heath, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, while under the influence of alcohol on February 7, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years and four months. 


JOSEPH Dean Mason, 31, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing a Vauxhall Vivaro van on October 7, 2017. Sentenced to 18 weeks in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation and disqualified from driving for one year. 


JOHN Daniel Sheppard, 50, of Rubens Close, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of a non-molestation order on February 22, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
