NORMAL visiting hours have resumed at Basingstoke hospital following an outbreak of norovirus.
Since December 31, 2011, visitors have been restricted to seeing patients for just one hour between 6.30pm and 7.30pm in an attempt to curb the highly contagious winter vomiting bug. However, bosses at the hospital, in Aldermaston Road, said no wards were closed because of norovirus.
Normal visiting hours are generally between 2pm and 4pm and 6pm and 8pm.
