Sir.–Please pass on our congratulations to Basingstoke Adult Services and, in particular, to Trisha Bowden and her response team. Living as we do more than 80 miles from our relatives, a recent crisis brought home the importance of having a well-run care service which is able to respond so effectively when there is a major problem.
It is very reassuring to know that in these days of cutbacks and criticism of local care facilities that Basingstoke is able to provide such a superb service.
