A new Girls’ Brigade group is launching in Odiham and surrounding areas, with a call out for volunteers.
Girls’ Brigade England and Wales, in partnership with the Methodist Church, is introducing new groups in areas with high numbers of armed forces families.
The Odiham group will welcome girls aged four to 17, offering a supportive environment to make friends, build confidence and learn new skills.

Hazel Adamson, military families worker at Girls’ Brigade England and Wales, said: "We want to create a group in Odiham where girls feel welcomed, valued and able to form strong friendships.
"We are looking for people from the local community who share that ambition and would like to help bring the new group to life."
The charity is seeking volunteer leaders to help shape and run the group, which will be linked to a local church and can accommodate up to 30 young people.
Girls’ Brigade groups focus on building confidence, resilience and life skills through a mix of fun activities and spiritual exploration.
The organisation is a Christian youth organisation supporting girls and young women aged four to 30.
