A NEW restaurant and bar is due to open at the Top of Town.
A premises licence was submitted by New Creation Private Limited on July 27 for "Himalayan Manna" at 17 London Street, between Turkuaz and Chulo Thakali Kitchen - a unit formerly occupied by the Suntan Shop.
The application seeks permission for the sale of alcohol for both on and off consumption, recorded music, the showing of films and late-night refreshment, all between 10am and midnight, seven days a week.
