A South American barbecue course taught attendees how to cook over an open fire and make chimichurri.
The immersive masterclass took place at The Hampshire Deli at Wolverton Park, just off the A339 near Kingsclere, and was led by cookery tutor Barry Walker and barbecue expert Rodrigo Navarro.
They showed ten students how to cook over a wood fire using South American flavours and traditions.
Mr Walker wore a traditional Chilean poncho.
