Sarah Jane Buckley to star Beauty and the Beast at The Anvil

The stage and television actress, best known for her role as Kathy Barnes in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks, will star in this year’s pantomime at The Anvil in Basingstoke, playing Fairy Bon Bon in Beauty and the Beast.

She said: "I can’t wait to return to Basingstoke and be part of the Christmas fun, sprinkling fairy dust and magic in Beauty and the Beast.

"See you all for fun and laughter in December."

She is no stranger to The Anvil, having appeared as The Good Fairy in the 2016 production of Sleeping Beauty, delighting audiences with her personality, comic flair and unmistakable festive sparkle.
