Bombay Sapphire Distillery launching Aperitivo Evenings

Bombay Sapphire Distillery, in Laverstoke, is hosting two-hour Aperitivo Evenings inspired by the Italian tradition, every Friday between July 17 and September 11,

Each evening begins with a guided cocktail masterclass where guests can create the distillery’s signature Laverstoke cocktail, followed by a stroll through the glasshouses.

Afterwards, visitors will head to the Mill Bar terrace to continue the evening with a Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon cocktail beside the River Test.

Sam Halsall, brand home manager for Bombay Sapphire, said: "Our Aperitivo Evenings invite guests to slow down and ease into the weekend set against a picturesque backdrop of the Bombay Sapphire Distillery and scenic River Test.

"Whether crafting their own Laverstoke Cocktail, strolling through the distillery’s glasshouses or sharing small plates with friends at the Mill Bar, guests are free to enjoy the evening at a pace that suits them.

"It is the perfect way to make the most of the longer, brighter evenings while discovering the craftsmanship, creativity and flavour behind every Bombay Sapphire serve."

Each session costs £35. Additional cocktails and seasonal small plates will be available to purchase throughout the evening.
