Heckfield Place has announced the next instalment of its Shared Table Series.

On Saturday, August 1, the event will feature chefs Sarah Johnson and Lloyd Morse, known for their ingredient-focused cuisine.

For the first time, the evening will be held at Heckfield Home Farm, the hotel's biodynamic farm known for its contributions to the estate's field-to-fork philosophy.

Hosted in collaboration with Eleanor Henson, the newly appointed culinary director of Heckfield Place and Spring, the evening will start with a welcome drink and canapés.

Sarah and Lloyd will then serve a three-course menu using the farm's produce.

This includes a tomato galette with ewe's curd, Dexter sirloin with summer leaves and an ice cream bombe with homegrown raspberries.

Sarah trained at Chez Panisse in California and is now head of pastry development at Spring and Heckfield Place.

Renowned for her produce-led approach, she creates seasonal desserts inspired by her relationships with farmers and growers.

Lloyd, co-founder of The Palmerston in Edinburgh, is known for his European-inspired, ingredient-led cooking, focusing on seasonality and whole-animal butchery.

Those wishing to book a place at the Shared Table Dinner at Heckfield Home Farm can visit the website.

The dinner is priced at £95 per person, including a welcome drink, canapés and a three-course meal.
