England fans who can't face staying awake until the early hours for the Three Lions' World Cup clash with Mexico have been handed a lifeline by the BBC.
With Thomas Tuchel's side kicking off at 1am BST on Monday morning, many supporters had been left wondering whether to stay up through the night or risk waking up to the result before they had chance to watch.
Now the BBC has announced a special 'Stay Up or Catch Up' service designed to help fans avoid spoilers altogether.
The broadcaster will show England's last-16 clash against Mexico live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from 1am BST.

But for anyone choosing sleep over a late night, there will also be a full spoiler-free replay of the match on BBC Two at 7.10am BST.
The full match will also be available to watch on demand from 6am on BBC iPlayer, allowing supporters to catch every moment without knowing the final score first.
The BBC said the special viewing option has been created because of the unusual kick-off times at the North America-hosted World Cup, with many matches taking place overnight for UK viewers.
As well as the full replay, fans will also be able to follow the action through live radio commentary on BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Sounds, while live text coverage and clips will be available on the BBC Sport website and app.
An extended 15-minute highlights programme will also be published on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport Football YouTube channel after the match.
The announcement comes after the Government also confirmed pubs across England and Wales will be allowed to stay open until 5am for the match, giving supporters another option for watching England's biggest game of the tournament so far.
