A Basingstoke employer has been named one of the UK’s best places to work.
TaylorMade Golf, which has been based in the town for more than 30 years and employs 190 people across the UK, earned a spot on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list.
The award recognises companies that excel in employee engagement, workplace culture, and leadership, using independent survey data capturing real employee feedback.

The company, known for its golf equipment and innovation in sports technology, says its success is driven by the people behind its products, services, and customer support.
TaylorMade Golf’s European headquarters are based in Basingstoke, and the company employs 190 people in the UK.
The Sunday Times list, powered by WorkL, uses independent survey data capturing real employee feedback.

TaylorMade Golf is headquartered in California, but its European base has remained in Basingstoke for more than three decades.
The company produces golf clubs, balls, accessories, and apparel, and is known for product lines including Qi4D drivers, TP5/TP5x golf balls, and P·Series irons.
TaylorMade sponsors a number of professional golfers, including Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Nelly Korda, and Tommy Fleetwood.
