Set in a calm, underground environment, the space offers activities including one-hour fire and ice sessions, giving people the freedom to move between heat and cold at their own pace, listen to their body, and relax in between on the loungers.
Each session is intentionally limited to a small number of people, creating a calm, uncrowded environment where guests can fully switch off without feeling overwhelmed.
Yoga sessions are also available, with a focus on creating space for people to step away from the noise of daily life, whether for recovery, mental clarity, or simply a moment of stillness.
Be is also planning various special events, including sound healing for the heart - a two hour immersive experience to pull back from the noise.

Held in a quiet, candlelit sanctuary, the session is designed to “downregulate your nervous system and guide you back to a state of inner calm through the power of heart-centred sound”.
Participants will be led through a sound meditation session, listening to the soothing vibrations and sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, helping to soften, release, and rebuild a sense of inner steadiness.
Another event will offer the chance to renew and reconnect through an experience using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks.
The 90-minute session is designed to soften the mind and release tension in the body as the sound frequencies “wash over you”.
Those behind the new space describe it as “more than a wellness centre”, saying: “It’s an everyday retreat where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself through simple, powerful practices. Here, you’ll find the essentials for a full-body reset, soothing heat, awakening cold, mindful movement, and moments of deep stillness.
“Every element is crafted to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and breath without distraction. Explore the rituals that shape the Be. experience: saunas, ice baths, yoga, and quiet spaces created for grounding and clarity. This is your everyday retreat one hour to disconnect from the noise, switch off your phone, and just Be.”
Drop in sessions start from £15 and membership options start from £38.99.
