Once close friends, their relationship turns sour as they find themselves vying for the affections of the same man.
One of the women is married to him, and the other has been conducting an affair behind her back.
The plot thickens when Helen regains consciousness to find herself bound and blindfolded in a locked room.
Her captor, best friend Catherine, challenges her to a deadly game of Russian roulette to decide which of them will win the handsome film star they both desire.
However, the game, like the room, is not as it seems.
A theatre spokesperson said: "This is more than just a fight for love - this is a fight for life.
"Which woman will win her freedom and the man they both love?"
Tickets are priced at £26 for regular performances and £24 for a 2pm showing.
