Music and nostalgia filled the air at a care home during a special live performance.
The event took place at St Thomas Care Home in Basingstoke, where entertainer Sadie from Strictly Entertainment delivered her Swing into Spring show, featuring a selection of classic swing songs.
From the first note, residents were clapping, singing and tapping their feet.

Jenny Rafemoyo, general manager at St Thomas Care Home, said: "Music has such a powerful way of bringing people together, and it was wonderful to see our residents enjoying every moment of Sadie’s performance.
"The room was full of joy, laughter and singing.
"We are incredibly grateful to Sadie for delivering such an uplifting and memorable morning, and we look forward to welcoming her back again soon."
A highlight of the show was Sadie’s series of costume changes, each reflecting a different musical era.
Staff said the performance transformed the atmosphere, sparking stories and memories among residents who joined in with the singing.
The care home, which is part of Barchester Healthcare, regularly hosts entertainment and community activities to keep residents active and engaged.
St Thomas Care Home provides dementia care for 67 residents, offering both respite and long-term stays.
