A bird park and a rugby club are teaming up to bring a little extra magic to a junior sports tour.
Birdworld, currently undergoing a multi-million-pound redevelopment, has partnered with Farnham Rugby Club Minis.
The partnership comes as the park prepares to unveil a new 17,000 sq ft indoor play area and café.
As part of the partnership, Birdworld is sponsoring the club’s tour kit for the upcoming Jungle Tour 2026, which runs from February 27 to March 1.
The tour will see U7 to U11 players and their families travel to Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Devon to compete against teams from across the south.
Birdworld’s new logo will appear on the back of the official tournament hoodies.

Woodies Wheeler-Bennett, marketing manager at Birdworld, said: "Partnering with Farnham Rugby Club Minis feels like a natural fit for us.
"As we enter a new era for Birdworld, our focus remains on creating spaces that inspire families to learn about our incredible birds while having fun together.
"The club shares that same sense of playfulness, teamwork, and, above all, community spirit.
"Supporting the Minis Tour – and seeing our new logo proudly worn on their kit – is a brilliant way to celebrate that shared ethos, and we’re thrilled to have them with us on this exciting journey."
The collaboration reflects Birdworld’s "Naturally Playful" ethos and focuses on engaging families through interactive, educational fun.
Nick Briggs, Farnham Minis tour sponsorship manager, said: "We’re over the moon to have Birdworld on board as a sponsor for the 2026 Minis Tour.
"Their focus on family fun, nature, and adventure couldn’t be more aligned with what this tour is all about.
"It’s shaping up to be a fantastic, jungle-themed tournament for our young players and their families, and we’re hugely grateful for their ongoing support."
To celebrate the partnership, Birdworld’s popular penguin mascot recently made an appearance at a rugby festival at the club’s grounds, delighting crowds and cheering on the teams.
In return, Birdworld will host a special visit for Farnham Rugby Club children in the new year, including an exclusive park tour and hands-on educational experiences.
