AN inquest has opened into the death of a teenager from Tadley who died after he was shot in the head by an air rifle.
Connor Bell, 17, of Searing Way, died at Southampton General Hospital on November 10, a court heard.
The inquest into his death was opened at Winchester Coroner's Court by area coroner Jason Pegg.

Mr Pegg said: "Mr Bell had attended a friend's house to watch football. An air rifle was being used in the garden. When the trigger was pulled, a pellet hit Mr Bell in the eye".
The preliminary cause of death has been given as a gunshot wound to the head.
Mr Pegg adjourned the inquest. It will be heard at Winchester Coroner's Court on October 14, 2026.
