Free face-to-face dementia clinics are returning to Hampshire.
Dementia UK’s Admiral Nurses will offer support from Nationwide branches in Basingstoke and Shirley, delivering practical and emotional advice for anyone affected by dementia.
Sarah Cooper, Admiral Nurse at Dementia UK, said: "We’re looking forward to returning to Hampshire to offer support and advice to families affected by dementia in the area.
"Our clinic programme, in partnership with Nationwide Building Society, has now been running for over a year, which has enabled us to reach thousands of people across the country who need the support of a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse."

The clinics, part of Nationwide’s Fairer Futures social impact programme, provide a confidential space for families to discuss symptoms, diagnosis, and the progression of dementia.
Appointments can be booked through the Dementia UK website.
Dementia UK is also raising awareness of early dementia symptoms, which can include memory loss, changes in cognitive ability, communication difficulties, and shifts in behaviour or personality.
