It was with great dismay I read Lola Crossman’s article regarding the lease termination issued to the Citizens Advice Charity by Hampshire County Council.

Many years ago, I found myself in need of their services to assist me in fighting an Unfair Dismissal Case, which I would not have been able to take on without legal help.

They provided the assistance required and helped me through the Tribunal system to an extremely satisfactory conclusion.

I will remain forever grateful.

Surely it is more important for the charity to remain in its current town centre location than be turfed out to accommodate county council staff.

Let’s have a rethink. Let common sense prevail for a change.
