A leisure centre is hosting free menopause awareness workshops.
The Basingstoke Aquadrome sessions aim to support women who are perimenopausal and post-menopausal.
The workshops, which were set up last year, are led by personal trainer and menopause transition specialist, Emma Tipper.
Emma said: "I want these workshops to support and educate.
"We look at how the menopause affects the body, the hormonal changes that are occurring and the symptoms this can produce.

Feedback from attendees has been positive, with one participant stating: "I thought the session was really good.
"Really useful and helpful information presented really well.
"I will be adopting the recommendations on diet moving forward."
Councillor Kerry Morrow, cabinet member for sports, leisure and culture, said: "It is great to hear these sessions has been really positive for those women and their loved ones navigating perimenopause and post-menopause.
"Targeted sessions like these not only help to find positive solutions to health and wellbeing challenges, they also help to form new networks of support both inside the Aquadrome and outside in our communities."
