A woman who was caught drug driving in Basingstoke has been banned
Rebecca Black, 48, of Kingsclere, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Churchill Way West in Basingstoke on February 17 when the quantity of cocaine and Benzoylecgonine in her blood was beyond the legal limit.
Black had 26mg of cocaine and 240mg of Benzoylecgonine in her blood. The legal limit for both are 10mg and 50mg respectively.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on August 27 disqualified her from driving for 16 months.
Black was also ordered to pay £120 fine and £40 costs.
