A charity darts event at a Basingstoke club has raised nearly £700 for a good cause.
The Bobby Cole Memorial Darts Charity Event was held at the Wote Street Club on September 6 after a 10-year hiatus.
The event, founded in 1986 by the Cole brothers Jesse, Gilly, Alfie and Tommy, was set up in memory of their brother Bobby.
Jesse's son Jimbo ran the tournament from the mid-1990s to 2014, raising thousands of pounds for various causes.
With support from the Wote Street Club, Jimbo's sons Bobby and Daniel Cole have relaunched the event and raised £685.03 for the Ronald McDonald House charity.
They congratulated Rob Cullen for becoming the new champion and commiserated with Ray Greenwood, the runner-up.
Bobby said: "It was a really entertaining evening and a good time was had by all.
"We thank everyone for their contributions and look forward to seeing you all again next year."
The Wote Street Club not only provided the venue and staff but made a generous donation of £100 to the cause.
