A drug driver has been banned for being nearly three times the limit while driving in Basingstoke.
Kali Bartley, 44, of Hanwell in London, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 4 Series on Ringway West on March 29 when the proportion of Benzoylecgonine in his blood was 148mg per litre. The legal limit is 50mg.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on August 21 disqualified him from driving for 12 months.
He should pay £120 fine and £45 costs.
