A WOMAN has admitted to stealing items worth more than £900 from a number of shops in Basingstoke including Marks and Spencer and Boots.
Donna Kemp, of Melrose Walk, Basingstoke, pleaded guilty to eight charges of theft from a shop.
The 40-year-old admitted to stealing items worth £907.58 from One Stop in Shakespeare Road as well as the Marks and Spencer and Boots stores in Chineham Shopping Centre.

Some of the items stolen between July 30 and August 31 included meat, coffee and cosmetic products.
She will be sentenced at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on October 9.
Kemp pleaded not guilty to charges of assault by beating, common assault, racially/religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by words or writing and using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress following an unrelated incident on July 17.
Police received reports that members of the public were physically and verbally assaulted in Melrose Walk.
A trial is due to take place at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on March 24, 2025.
