A BASINGSTOKE woman has been fined for entering Festival Place shopping centre despite being banned.
Emma Quinn, 42, of Castle Road, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a community protection notice by entering the ground of Festival Place on April 19.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court fined her £40 and ordered her to pay £40 costs.
