WELSH comedian Kiri Pritchard-McLean is to perform her show, Peacock, at The Haymarket on September 14.
The artist, a familiar voice on Radio 4 panel show, Best Medicine, is a recognised face on TV, having appeared on popular shows such as Live at the Apollo, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and Have I Got News for You. She is also a writer, founder of a comedy school, and a foster parent.
Pritchard-McLean's family means everything to her, so much so, she's maintained a secretive parallel life away from the stage.

Under a pseudonym, she's both the foster mother and the Bruce Wayne of comedy.
Her newfound courage to discuss the subject, spurred on by unconventional gigs for social workers, has led to a stage show that delves into her experiences as a foster carer.
Pritchard-McLean's show serves a dual purpose on the evening.
Not only does it make audiences laugh, it supports Pens For Kids, a charity aiding children's education globally, by providing necessary writing instruments.
As Pritchard McLean wows with her humour, audience members are encouraged to donate new and used pens.
A donation box will be placed in the foyer for the same. The tickets are set at £20, with a special rate of £18 for seniors above 65, full-time students, under 16s, and NHS employees.
The show is primarily suitable for those aged 15 and above.
