IN A bid to assist the elderly with paperwork, Age Concern Hampshire is appealing for volunteers.
The charity recognises the challenges the elderly face when grappling with online forms, particularly those living alone or facing health issues.
Offering practical support with these tasks enables isolated individuals to access crucial services and benefits, like attendance allowance or blue badges.
Tailored home visits are provided by the charity’s information service to aid with this daunting process.

Established in 1985, the charity provides numerous services to Hampshire's elderly community.
Yvonne Hiscock, information service senior coordinator, said: "Our service would not be possible without the amazing dedication from our team of volunteers.
"We encourage anyone with a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference to consider volunteering with us. Together, we can ensure that vulnerable older adults receive the support they need to lead fulfilling and independent lives."
