A CARELESS Tesla driver from Tadley, who was driving on a Basingstoke road, has been given nine penalty points.
Peter Salter, 48, of Stephens Road, drove his car on Aldermaston Road without due care and attention on July 9.

Aldershot Magistrates’ Court found him guilty in his absence.
On Monday, May 13, the court endorsed his licence with penalty points and ordered him to pay £299 fine, £110 costs to court, and £120 surcharge.
