A BASINGSTOKE man who racially harassed two men has been fined £120 and ordered to pay a compensation of £100.
Leon Davies, 26, of Attwood Close, racially harassed two men in Basingstoke on September 15.
The charges said he used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm, or distress to the victims.
He pleaded guilty to the charges on Thursday, April 25.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court ordered him to pay a fine of £120 and a compensation of £50 to each victim.
