A teenage boy has been charged following a report of assault of a man at a McDonald's in Basingstoke.
Police said they received a report that a man in his 20s was assaulted at the McDonald's restaurant at the Leisure Park on Thursday, April 4.
Officers investigating the assault have charged a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
He has been charged with assault by beating.
He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday, April 16.
