A MAN from Reading who failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in Basingstoke has been banned for years.
On Sunday, July 23, last year, Rodney Munalula when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis failed to do so at the Northern Police Investigation Centre in Basingstoke.
He previously pleaded not guilty but changed his plea to guilty during a hearing on Monday, February 5.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Monday, March 25, he was sentenced for the offence.
Magistrates banned the 29-year-old from getting behind a wheel for three years.
He must also comply with rehabilitation activity and complete 150 hours of unpaid work.
Court costs of £620 and a surcharge fee of £114 must also be paid.
