MAGISTRATES have disqualified a Basingstoke man for driving without L plates and ignoring a no entry sign.
Callum Baverstock-Fulford, of Twedsmuir Close, Buckskin, admitted to driving a Yamaha on Euskirchen Way whilst holding a provisional licence without L plates on November 14, 2022.
He previously pleaded not guilty but changed his plea during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 11.

The 24-year-old also previously admitted to failing to comply with a no entry sign on the same road on the same day.
Baverstock-Fulford was convicted of driving a Yamaha on Worting Road on October 12, 2022, without the correct licence. He was found guilty of this during a trial this month.
Magistrates disqualified him from driving for six months and endorsed his licence with three points and fined him £240. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £96.
