MAGISTRATES have banned a drug driver who caught in Basingstoke for getting behind the wheel for years.
On Saturday, August 12, Gavin Galbraith, of Newbury, drove a vehicle on Alencon Link with seven micrograms per litre of blood of Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol - the legal limit is two.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, March 7, the 33-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates banned Galbraith from the roads for three years and ordered a fine of £60 to be paid.
