Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council offices
BASINGSTOKE and Deane Borough Council is warning residents that it currently cannot make or receive calls due to a problem with its phone system.
The council first reported the issue on social media on Thursday, February 21, advising people to report issues online.
A post on Facebook said: “We are experiencing some issues with our phone system which means that we cannot currently make or receive calls.
“We are working to resolve these issues, but in meantime you can report issues to us online here: basingstoke.gov.uk/report.”
At the time of writing on Friday, February 23, the issue has yet to be resolved.
