PAN-ASIAN noodle bar, Chopstix, has confirmed the opening date for its restaurant in Festival Place.

Chopstix will open on Monday, January 15, 2024, in a unit previously occupied by Mountain Warehouse.

Chopstix, the largest Asian-inspired quick-serve restaurant in the UK, serves ‘nourishing noodles, wholesome chicken, beautiful beef, and perfect prawns, cooked with fresh vegetables and superb sauces’ as well as a range of toppings, according to its website.

As previously reported, an advert was placed by Chopstix in the shopping centre, reading ‘We’ll soon be clicking our sticks in Basingstoke.’ with an early/mid-January opening date set soon after.

Rob Burns, marketing director for Chopstix, said: “We strive to reach as many of our loyal fans as possible, which is why we're so excited to launch our new store, in the heart of Basingstoke, set to open in early January 2024. 

“As always, we continue to deliver a faster, fresher, and tastier alternative to the high street - and we’ve got a whole host of exciting things in store for our opening week.
