A BASINGSTOKE man has been ordered to complete more than 100 hours of unpaid work after assaulting a woman.
Liam Brewer, of West Ham Close, on Sunday, June 25 assaulted a woman in Basingstoke.
On the same day, the 23-year-old caused harassment alarm or distress and used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 29 Brewer was sentenced for the offences.

He had previously pleaded guilty on Thursday, October 19.
Magistrates ordered Brewer to complete rehabilitation activity and complete 180 hours of unpaid work.
Court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £114 must also be paid.
