A BASINGSTOKE man who drove a vehicle without a driving licence or insurance has been handed points and fined.
Callum Chalker, of Shelley Close, on Sunday, October 22 drove a vehicle in Milton Close in Basingstoke without a valid licence or insurance.

During a hearing which was held at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 28, the 26-year-old pleaded guilty to the offences.
Magistrates ordered fines of £461 to be paid and handed him six penalty points.
Court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £184 must be paid.
