A CCTV image has been released after a man attempted to steal an e-scooter in Basingstoke.
According to police, a man allegedly tried to steal an e-scooter from outside the Co-op store on Kings Road in Basingstoke at around 10.35am on Sunday, October 22.
He was unsuccessful in his attempt. He then left the scene.
Officers have been carrying out enquiries since the incident was reported to them.
