A MAN has been charged with shoplifting steak worth nearly £300 from a shop in Basingstoke.
Terrell Taylor-Swhyer, 20, from Taverner Close, Basingstoke, was charged with three counts of theft from Waitrose store in Basingstoke.
Police said they received reports that steak worth more than £290 was stolen from Waitrose in Basingstoke on three separate occasions between October 17 and November 2.
Taylor-Swhyer appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Friday, November 3. He is due to appear at the same court on December 15.
