A TORTOISE has been reunited with its owner after it was found by a street cleaning team in Basingstoke.
On Thursday, September 7, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council appealed for the owner of a lost tortoise to come forward in the hope of reuniting them with their pet.
Members of the council's street cleaning team found the reptile while working in the Pennine Way area of Buckskin.
