A SUSPECTED drink driver has been arrested after a car smashed through the front of a shop in Tadley.
Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care, in Franklin Avenue, has been damaged in the incident which happened at 9am on Thursday, August 24.
Hampshire police said a grey Vauxhall Corsa crashed into the shopfront.
A pedestrian, a man in his 20s from Thatcham, suffered a serious leg injury.
The driver, a woman in her 50s from Aldermaston, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
A police spokesperson said: "She has been released under investigation while enquiries are ongoing."
