A SURREY man is due to stand trial after pleading not guilty to four charges of sexual assault.
Lee Whelan, of Salt Box Road in Guildford, appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday, August 16.
He entered a guilty plea to four charges of sexually touching a woman without consent on May 5, 2020, in Basingstoke.

During the same hearing, the 37-year-old pleaded guilty to a charge of assaulting a woman on the same date.
A trial date has been set for the same court on January 22 next year.
He will remain on conditional bail until the trial.
