A BASINGSTOKE man has been disqualified from driving after he was found with drugs in his system.
Mark Banks, of Sinclair Drive, was stopped in Churchill Way West with not less than 196 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood – the legal limit is 10.
He also had no less than 800 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood, which exceeded the legal limit of 50.
The 25-year-old admitted to the charges during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court.
He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £120. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
