MAGISTRATES have handed a Basingstoke driver penalty points after he was caught on an automatic camera device speeding in Cardiff.
Thomas L'Heureux, of The Moorings, on February 12, drove a BMW on Pentwyn Road in Cardiff at 35 miles per hour, exceeding the 30 miles per hour speed limit in place on the road.

During a hearing held at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on July 19, the 37-year-was handed three points on his driving licence and ordered to pay a fine of £216 following his guilty plea.
He must also pay court costs of £90 and a surcharge fee of £86.
