A NORTH Hampshire town has been named as one of the most desirable places to live in Britain by The Telegraph.

The Telegraph has published a list of the top 50 places to live in Great Britain, and nearby Fleet has made the cut.

In new research commissioned by The Telegraph, towns and cities were ranked using several key factors including the state of health, the cost of homes, the jobs people living there have and the qualifications they hold.

Estate agents Savills were tasked with putting together the list, using the latest data from the most recent census.
