THE DEVELOPER behind a new Basingstoke housing development has announced it has now sold out.
Following an influx in sales, the David Wilson housing development made up of 206 homes has sold out.
The Gillies Meadow development on Condow Way is close to the town centre and a walk away from Basingstoke hospital.

Emma Hawkins, sales director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “We are delighted to announce that our Gillies Meadow development is complete, with the final residents now settling into their new home.
“We were confident from the outset that the properties for sale here would be a success with a variety of homebuyers due to their peaceful, rural surroundings and proximity to a number of fantastic amenities."
Gillies Meadow has been a hit among young couples, growing families and first-time buyers.
