Tom Chapman, founder of The Lions Barber Collective, said: “SpaFest at CarFest last year was phenomenal for The Lions Barber Collective - the festival is a perfect space to discuss mental health because people are already emotionally charged, music is highly linked to our emotions. When we are in this state it is the perfect place to capture people and open up conversations in a safe and confident way about mental well-being.”

Dr Rangan Chatterjee, best-selling author and host of the no.1 podcast Feel Better, Live More, says: “I’m delighted to be part of SpaFest at Carfest this year, where I’ll be sharing my knowledge on how we can all become more in tune with our health and happiness. It’s my philosophy to help others become architects of their own health, through food, movement, sleep and relaxation. SpaFest feels like the perfect opportunity to not only provide advice, but to also learn from the other experts attending.”
