AN escape room in Basingstoke is holding an Alice in Wonderland-themed event in Festival Place.
Escape Hunt Basingstoke is giving players the "opportunity to step into Alice’s shoes" in 'Return to Wonderland', a city hunt adventure that will launch in Festival Place on Thursday, March 23.
The new experience will "transform the streets of Basingstoke into a Wonderland-themed outdoor experience"

Players should imagine the hunt to play out like "an escape room with no doors", including a treasure hunt with "more challenges."
Participants must find the virtual lost characters of Wonderland scattered across the town.

A digital map will allow players to find clues, complete puzzles and solve Alice in Wonderland-themed challenges in the town centre.
The event will last for 90 minutes, in which players must work together to find and return the characters to wonderland and "save the Mad Hatter from the Queen of Hearts."
The themed event is launching in time for the Easter Holidays, and is open to teams of between two and six players.
