SUPERNATURAL and Lucifer actor Rob Benedict will be coming to Basingstoke this May, he will be joined by co-star and lead antagonist of Supernatural, Ruth Connell.
Benedict is an American actor best known for playing God and his alias Chuck Shurley in the highly acclaimed Supernatural.
Joining him for the weekend is his co-star, Scottish actress Ruth Connell, best known for playing Rowena MacLeod, the main antagonist in season 10 of the hit CW series.
The pair are set to appear amongst a star-studded lineup including David Tennant at Basingstoke's first-ever Comic Con later this year.
Basingstoke Comic Con will take place from May 19-21, at the Hampshire Court Hotel in Chineham, with the newly announced pair due to appear on both Saturday, May 20, and Sunday, May 21.

Benedict is also known for his roles in Lucifer, where he played hardened French mercenary Vincent Le Mec, and most recently in the hit Amazon Prime superhero series: The Boys.
Connell rose to fame through her theatre roles, and recently reprised her role as Rowena MacLeod for Supernatural's spin-off series: The Winchesters.
During the event there will be question and answer sessions, photo ops, guest autographs, meet and greet sessions and ‘cosplay’, giving visitors the chance to dress up as their favourite comic book characters.

The other headliners coming to the event include Doctor Who sensation David Tennant, Walking Dead villain Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Tom Sturridge, who plays Dream in The Sandman, which was adapted from the original Neil Gaiman comics.
