Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) is all set to showcase the power of clinical research during its latest event.

The trust runs hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester and will be hosting its latest Health Focus Event.

On the night, attendees will also hear from Dr Madiha Aziz, whose son is taking part in clinical research, about why they got involved and the huge impact it can have.

Madiha will be joined by trust chief executive Alex Whitfield and expert speakers from team HHFT, including Siobhan Laws, clinical lead for research, and research practitioner, Emma Levell.

“This is a great opportunity to show you just how powerful research is, enabling us to continually find new knowledge to improve patient treatment and patient care. It is also an opportunity for you to hear more about what is happening in our hospitals and to ask us any questions about what is going on. We look forward to seeing you there.”
