A SPECTACULAR Festival of Light parade took in Basingstoke, organised by a local dance company.
Kala the Arts created a river of light through the town on Friday, November 4 bringing together young people, community groups and amazing puppets and musicians to celebrate Diwali.
The parade - a free event for the whole community - started at the Top of Town before making its way down to the Amphitheatre outside Vue, in Festival Place where there was a performance
Members of the public were wowed by dancing, drumming, lanterns, illuminated installations, animated animal and theatre costumes and music from Niraj Chag.
